{"id":6987,"date":"2023-05-03T12:40:16","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T10:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ikarusstagearts.com\/?page_id=6987"},"modified":"2023-05-03T12:47:24","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T10:47:24","slug":"searching-individual-training","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ikarusstagearts.com\/en\/searching-individual-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Searching individual training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/ikarusstagearts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Searching-850x485.jpeg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<h1>SEARCHING INDIVIDUAL TRAINING<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Workshop led by Carolina Pizarro and Luis Alonso<\/p>\n<p>The participants will learn strategies to create scenic material using training as a bridge of creation, providing an experience to identify performative needs, broaden their references and promote the discovery of their own creative voice through working in group.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0sessions combine theoretical and practical work leading the development of acting techniques that enable the participant to find organicity between their mind, voice and body.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principles<\/strong><strong> of the training<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balance between mind \u2013 body and emotion<\/li>\n<li>Breathing awareness and active relaxation<\/li>\n<li>Focus, resistance and endurance<\/li>\n<li>Levels and directions in space and time<\/li>\n<li>Rhythm and musicality<\/li>\n<li>Playfullness<\/li>\n<li>Flow and awareness of the body\u2019s centre, grounding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Energy in action&#8221; by Carolina Pizarro<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This module is focused on the research about \u201cpre-expressive level of acting\u201d in order to discover different kinds of \u201denergy in action\u201d and how to apply this in a creative process. For that purpose, we gather and offer a dialogue between concrete tools of ancestral disciplines, like Kalaripayattu (Martial Art from India) with different principles\u00a0such as repetition, composition and opposition\u00a0based on the Theatre Anthropology.<\/p>\n<p>The participants\u00a0will use silence, diverse music and texts in order to dialogue with tiredness and develop resistance, patience and perseverance; increase effort capacity and keeping calm by being in present.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. &#8220;<\/strong><strong>Dwell the abyss&#8221; by Luis Alonso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work in stilts: learning how to safely stand up, walk, fall and jump as if stilts would be our own legs.<\/p>\n<p>During the process of understanding how to walk with &#8220;new legs&#8221;, the participants will explore their creativity based on the notion of creating from uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p>By giving &#8220;First Steps&#8221; in stilts, the participants will deal with their resistances and fears through\u00a0exercises that are designed to confront the doubt and improvise with their best dedication and disposition in face to challenges.
